关于HFSS仿真的wave port设置

今天用HFSS来仿真，出现了这样的提示：

  HFSSDesign3
    [error] Port 'WavePort1': A Wave Port must be overlapped by a face of at least one 3D object. (2:40 下午  四月 14, 2008)

是仿真一个在石英基底上的铝材料共面波导，wave port 定义在一个矩形上，矩形和基底以及波导都有接触。修改了矩形的高度，使矩形不与基底接触，却出现了这个
    [error] Port refinement, process abc3d : Port "WavePort1" is incorrectly set up.  A port must have a non-existent material on one side.  Both "Box2" and "Cylinder1" exist. (2:44 下午  四月 14, 2008)
