The HSPICE RF Manual describes the special set of additional analysis and design capabilities added to HSPICE to support design of RF and high-speed circuits. These features are also beneficial for analog and signal integrity applications. Detailed reference information, applications examples, and design flows are also discussed to show how these features are used for RF circuit characterization. HSPICE RF is built atop the standard HSPICE feature set. This manual discusses only the HSPICE RF features. Refer to the other HSPICE manuals for traditional applications.
